The Work

To deliver transformation, the roadmap must be fully implemented. Incrementalism must be a thing of the past. Picking and choosing will not suffice.

The first step is creation of a Project Management Collaborative (PMC), a temporary, multi-sector crisis task force to deliver the expertise, operational structure, funding, and collaboration critical to sustaining the Starter Home Plan’s momentum until the work is embedded in aligned organizations and agencies.
